What is therapy?
Many people, including children and teens, have problems that affect how they feel, act, or relate to others. Therapy and counselling services can support individuals to work out their problems, helping them to learn ways to cope, to improve communication, and to enhance their life.
I provide a warm, safe, non-judgemental, and supportive environment for clients to work through the difficulties they are facing. I work with warmth, creativity and humour. My approach is to support clients to build on the strengths and resources they already have, to solve their problems and meet their goals.
